Guidelines for Online Events

The participating school must submit the duly filled Registration form through the given LINK to the host school on or before 23 September, 2023 .

Kindly fill the details of the participants carefully. The same shall be considered final for the certificate.

Any unrelated material submitted will lead to disqualification.

For the online events no PPTs /Videos will be mailed to the host school. It will be shown through share screen at the time of event only.

Links for the Online events will be provided one day prior on the official E-mail id only.

The events will be conducted on virtual platform on “MICROSOFT TEAMS APP”.

You are requested to download it prior to the event. Make sure that participants must have working Internet-connection, microphone and camera enabled device. Any request related to technical glitches, will not be entertained.

The participants are requested to set the focus of camera on them before joining the event.

The participants will have to keep themselves on mute mode, they can unmute when their turn comes.

All the participants should join online event using their own Name, otherwise, entry will not be allowed. (Do not mention your School Name)

All the participants must login 10 minutes prior to the assigned time of the event.
